Talk Therapy

We offer 60-minute talk sessions, with the freedom to go longer when deep work calls for extra time. This flexibility lets you address pressing concerns one week, and shift to longer, more reflective conversations the next.


EMDR

EMDR helps people process and heal from distressing memories, trauma, or painful beliefs about themselves. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR uses guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to help the brain “reprocess” stuck experiences.


Extended Sessions

Longer therapy sessions provide the opportunity to further slow down, breathe and dig deeper. We offer these immersive sessions starting at 90 minutes, allowing uninterrupted time to process memories, explore emotions or work through challenging material without watching the clock.
